Steady Motor Europe are experienced in designing and manufacturing custom radial blowers. We collaborate with our customers, to gain a clear understanding of the requirements. This allows us to produce optimised solutions.

Pictured is an example, where a customer requested to change the outlet positioning and remove the inlet attachment flange for a better fit into their device. The design of the volute was also adjusted to improve the noise characteristics at the specific working point.

The design is based on our standard WM7060-24V blower motor.

The housing was optimised, utilising CNC and 3D printed samples for testing. This stage also allowed us to evaluate an improved O-ring seal and to setup our manufacturing with a bespoke jig so each blower housing is assembled accurately ensuring the highest quality.

Finally, the bespoke housing was tooled and is successfully assembled for mass production. For this project we also integrated an internal NTC and arranged custom cables including the addition of a ferrite, combined with customer specific connectors that we source and assemble.
